Job Description :

The Business Solutions Manager is expected to act as a business advisor during the sales process to develop and maintain client relationships.  A thorough knowledge of the manufacturing sector will help the success candidate sell our consulting services.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Works independently to actively pursue and generate new sales leads, as well as develops and maintains client relationships

  • Interacts with and understands client’s business and technical requirements

  • Develops proposals and support documents

  • Converts proposals to contract and subsequent sales commitment

  • Meets or exceeds sales goal targets 



  • Networks with related industry organizations


 


Qualifications



  • 7 years of sales experience

  • Capable of interacting with C-level executives in manufacturing

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and strong presentation and organizational skills



  • Experience in selling engineering-related consulting services to manufacturers

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical of business field

  • Experience with Consultative/Solution Selling methodology
